Asha & Stephen's Wedding - 8.22.09 - Gaithersburg, MD / Rockville, MD

Today weds the great couple of Asha & Stephen! I had the opportunity to work with a great photographer, Tunji Sarumi, on this lovely wedding. The bride and groom were both not from the area but they had so many relatives in the area that it was wrong of them not to.

I was responsible for covering the groom getting ready at the Holiday Inn in Gaithersburg, MD. Stephen was the do-it-all type of groom. He had so many things on his plate (dj, rings, checking out, etc.) that I was surprised to steal him for some getting ready shots. He was such a good sport.

The ceremony was held at St. Raphael's in Rockville, MD. The wedding itself had plenty of Asha & Stephen's relatives attending in support of the couple joining together.





I had a quick little session with Asha & Stephen closeup while Tunji took a photo of them farther away. I was happy with how it turned out. :)

The reception was held at the Washingtonian Marriott in Gaithersburg, MD. It had such a beautiful hall and large enough for both Asha and Stephen's family to attend. Also, they had TWO cakes!

Kim & Carlos' Bridal Shoot - 8.15.09 - Frederick, MD

With very little time to shoot the necessary shots, I was so happy to go through everything and even had fun shots to spare! The bridal party were so open to the shoot and truly showed their fun side...funny faces and sunglasses and more.

Kim's mom and dad were such great people.

Kim & Carlos' Ceremony - 8.15.09 - Frederick, MD

The ceremony was held at the Mansion itself with Kim and Carlos' family in attendance. Getting married underneath the pergola created such a beautiful scene. I am so happy for Kim and Carlos and wish them the best on their new life together!

Ashley & Don's Bridal Shoot - 8.9.09 - Big Indian, NY

Catskill Mountains + Ash & Don = Perfection! I was so glad that the rain didn't come back during the photoshoot but actually even happier that it did rain that day since it made the colors so vibrant! Here are a few photos from the new Mr. and Mrs.!
