Eva Pigford, RichGirl, Raheem Devaughn, Bobby Valentino and Mario - 8.6.09 - Washington, DC

It was such a crazy event today! Pandora was certainly graced by many! Here is the rundown:

The actual host of tonight was Eva Pigford, winner of the 3rd cycle of America's Next Top Model. She apparently doesn't go by the last name of Pigford anymore but Marcille for her actress name. She is currently in the soap opera, The Young and The Restless. So apparently during the ANTM taping she was considered as "Eva the Diva" but she was such a nice person to me. And of course, photogenic.

The new R&B group, RichGirl, stopped by to also visit Pandora! RichGirl (L to R: Lyndriette, Brave, Audra and Seven) is currently working on their first CD - not sure whether it's already out but I like their new song "Ain't With Me Now (Tho)." They were really down to earth and even asked for my info to send them their photo! Check them out! They're about to tour with Beyonce!

I was walking around taking pictures of the eventgoers when I hear someone singing on the mic. I try to find the location of the voice and come to find that Raheem Devaughn is giving a little entertainment. Raheem, famous for this hits "You" and "Who Loves You More," sang a bit of the hook of the two songs. I only met him briefly but he was a pretty chill guy.

Outside The Park, I managed to catch Bobby Valentino (Bobby V) arrive to have a good time at the event. Bobby, famous for his song "Slow Down," actually got his surname Valentino because he was supposed to be born on Valentine's Day. I barely talked to him besides "can you please pose for me?" but he seemed pretty cool.

Last but not least, about 20 minutes before the event ended, R&B singer Mario stopped by. Now I've known Mario ever since his first breakout song "Just a Friend 2002." He made it super big with his even bigger hits "Let Me Love You" and "How Do I Breathe. Now his most recent hit "Break Up" is blowin up the charts. It was so awesome to have met him.
